I'm from nc to I've done a little bit of realestate and one hot spot I no of is Fayetteville n.c. the economy is booming I personally lived there for 20 yrs. so I know the place like the back of my hand . You see the economy is so great there because the military is there so there is constantly a need for houseing in the area and fayetteville is getting more and more construction everyday. I don't know if that will help out in any way but check it out and see. I'm new to it just so happened I lived there for a long time. If you can give me any pointers I would greatly appreciate it I now live in Kanawha, IA. its a very small town maybe 500 people in the whole town. I'm still reading Deans book so far I have learned alot more than I already new. Me nor my husband are working right now I'm on unemployment taking care of my husband because he broke his ankle in three places. i'm looking to get into buying a home with no money down.
