I've always had a passion for real estate. Growing up I wanted to be an architect and design houses or buidings. It was always something about their design and layout that fascinated me, even down to the landscaping. Refurbishing furniture is a small hobby of mine. I'm somewhat of a novice handyman. So passing on a successful business to my children will mean alot to me. To leave them with stability and something that may help them attain their dreams in life.

Hello Richard

You have a new friend/& partner in helping to invest in real estate and build you a nice nest egg. I will be needing birddogs out there as they call it. So as you find properties in your neck of the woods lets work all the angles together so we can make some money together. I will split these deals 50-50 with you. One small rule of thumb I have I only create win/win/win situations, if the buyer,seller and middlemen can't all win, then there should not be a deal being done. That is a great rule of thumb Dean points out in his book and just a great rule to live by. So let me know what you think and lets start working.

I have the felling that I have found more deals than 20 millionaires could buy. Many of these properties have quality tenants in them. Any interested parties inquire.

I live Sparks, NV. with the surrounding areas being Reno, Carson City, and Tahoe. with lots of cash buying opportunities. Im new to investing and a DG Student and have been Bird Dogging for out of state investors. I would like to work something out with you.
