Really not into info about me – my interest are in developing real-estate deals in my area and creating a network to accomplish that goal.

Have done other deals on re-habs of homes but used conventional financing – that avenue has become more difficult.

Would like to meet others in the RI and nearby MA area to share info and request help.

Already have Trusted Realestate Closing Attorney - Mortgage Broker - Plumber - Carpenter and Electrician that has done work for me on other properties.

Did anyone attend the seminar in providence last week? Representatives of Dean’s team were there – they wanted to sell his new product and 3 day course for $495. I did sign up for this one but should have.
