I started in RE about two years ago, bought one rental and still have it. Last year I bought a flip and survived all the hard work, but is was fun.
Now I want to own (for starters) 31 properties, and collect rent everyday of the month. How sweet this job will be. Now I have 2 rentals and working on my 3rd.
