Recently moved from Virginia due to inflating living costs & the hopes of making more money in the Phoenix retail music sales market. So far its not going as fast as I had hoped, so learning the real estate is sort of a last-ditch effort to generate some extra cash. Surprisingly, Deans' book has strengthened my retail sales muscle and given me an extra boost of confidence in learning real-estate, but I am still in need of more information. I like to consider myself an expert negotiator & sales genius, but I am lacking in the finance dept to get this whole real-estate thing off. Anyone in need of an expert 'closer' is more than welcome to PM me. Maybe trade some sales advice in exchange for financial advice? I am open to many sorts of offers.
