OfflineI started in Real Estate in 1999 and by 2002 I own 8 units, a 4 family, 3 family and a condo. I did it the hard way and the wrong way. We always get calls from our tenants. Make the long story short in 2006 we got screwed and lost all the 8 units and we are now in chapter 13 and foreclosure. I just join PMI 9/24/08 to start our live over again in Real Estate to learn it the right way. When I saw Dean's TV show we had made up our mind to never give up.
I'm interested in learning, networking, acting on proven strategies, and succeeding as a Real Estate investor. I am also interested in being a finder for buyers and then maybe developing from there.
If anyone can let us know what's the best way to start since we are currently on chapter 13 and foreclosures. Please advise.
