Homeless to Home owner??
Need some advice on my current situation. I was homeless when i bought dean's book, be a real estate millionaire. I'm trying to get my first deal done, i feel really confident but i seem to be running into some dead ends. I seem to finding many sellers but no buyers. it seems really odd. Perhaps im just being a little impatient but i would really appreciate any advice
