HELLO ANN THE BEST THING TO START WITH IS DO A FEW DEALS ON A JV LEVEL FIND YOUR PROPERTIES THEN WORK WITH THAT PERSON IF YOU WANT WE CAN I SURE DG MEMBERS WILL PARTNER UP ON DEALS.

I am just starting in REI, I live in Los Angeles, CA. I need help or a Partner(if possible) that live in the same area to walk me through the deal that I've found.
