Aloha from Hawaii:

I am the wife of an active duty marine. We have traveled for over twenty years and will soon be retiring. It has been our life long dream to take advantage of real estate investing and to find out all there is to know about it. Recently, I was employed as a representative at a property management company located in Hawaii. It was a great opportunity to get my feet wet. Also, it reminded me that I have been holding back for so long on living the dream of becoming a real estate investor. Basically, most of my life was spent following my husband around to his duty stations, raising the children, and working odd jobs or going to school here and there.

Recently, I read Dean's book, "Be A Real Estate Millionaire", and my desire and dream began to come alive all over again. Presently, I am in the process of making a deal on two houses in IL. The great thing is that it is not as hard as it seemed, because for twenty years, my husband and I tried to keep immaculate credit and a low debt ratio. I am thankful to Dean for providing the information and through his enthusiasm I know that we will be on the road to the financial freedom and independence that we have always desired.
