Just to let you know I just signed up for the Success Academy and have been using it for a couple of weeks. The training is great the mentor's are great. I, like you have been out of work since Jan. 09. but I'm probably a little older that you. Just turned 60 in Dec. So this has to work for me. I think the success Academy is only as good as the person taking it. The information is there they do push and encourage you, but it's up to you to get out there and engage.

Thank you for your response. I guess I may just have to bite the bullet and see how this will work for me. I have read some of the testimonials for other satisfied students, so maybe this is my time to get a piece of the American dream..... Lets hope so...

Good Luck and keep me posted on your progress I would love to get a PM telling about all the deals that you are closing. That will give me inspiration and hope that I can do it too.

Hello-

I am looking to do deals with someone who is located in the southern california area. I have not done any deals so far, but I am looking to either find an investor where I could be the bird dogger or someone who is willing to help a newbie get her start in the real estate field. Either way, any help that I can get will be greatly appreciated. PM if you want more info or you are ready to help.
