I need Investors!!!!

I can't find anybody in my area who has any properties under contract. All the people in my area are dry and do not have a single property to show me.

If there is anyone here in L.A. County with property they would like to wholesale, please contact me. I am ready and willing to purchase and close deals ASAP.

Instead of TN investors, post ads out of state like in GA, CA, NYC, etc.

Arich323 - we're cash investors in the state of VT & NH. I know that's not local to you, but if you come across anything, please feel free to contact us. Ideally looking for single family or multi families in need of total rehab, under $50k.

A lot of people are making great contacts calling for rent signs. There are two kinds of people you'll run into making these calls - Property managers, or the owners themselves.

Let's assume you run into an owner. It is very simple to talk the the owner and ask about the property, then let them know that you're not sure the location of this property fits your needs. Then you can ask them, "Do you have any other properties around town?" At that point, if the owner says they do, you can tell them, "It sounds like you're an investor. Are you looking to buy more properties?" (IF YES) "I come across good deals occasionally, would you be interested in taking a look at some of those?"

This type of dialogue is very simple, conversational, and gets great results. Try calling twenty or thirty of these ads, and let's see what happens!

Thanks @ghowell... I'm gonna go on craigslist tonight and call every single ad that has "For Rent" in it. Heard this one before, but never took action on it. Will do. Thanks.
