OfflineReal Estate Investor just starting out, so naturally I am educating myself every possible minute of every day. I aspire to start making deals as soon as possible, but am held back due to the hole I dug for myself as a young adult. I finally realized my true potential after years of going nowhere fast. Unfortunately the hole that I dug for myself is quite difficult to get out of (not so much financially, but situation wise; no license, no car, awful credit, no $$$). I've turned my life around completely when it comes to attitude, dedication, determination, motivation, ambition, and many other superlatives. I want this more than anything, and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to achieve my goals. I don't need a whole lot to get my license back but having transportation is the real problem at the moment and it's really getting me down. Very hopeful that I can connect with someone on here that can point me in the right direction and feed me some constructive criticism. I know what it's like to literally be at the bottom, I'm ready to climb my way to the top.
