Trying HARD...
Hi Dean,
I bought your book, Profit from Real Estate Right Now the end of September 2009. Here we are one year later, and I still do not have my 1st deal under my belt! I have been studying and studying again. I've joined the Success Academy... I've invested in Set for Life... and yet, still no deal. But this Blog just solidified everything for me! Yes, I have found a great Real Estate Agent. I am building my Buyer's list. I am posting ads on Craigslist, etc. I know what I've done, and I believe I know where I'm going. I know the other tasks that I must complete and I've set dates in which to complete them. But your very last sentence on this Blog said that I am on the right path and that made a world of difference to me! Thank you for that! I've gone through a LOT of Nay-sayers and am facing more each day. Having not made a deal all this time doesn't help. So, I guess I've been beating up on myself, too. But NO MORE! I WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN! I AM ON THE RIGHT PATH! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!
