I am going through 30 days to RE cash right now and the first hurdle jumped in my way very quickly and that was to find an REA. Of course, I was nervous and wrestled with myself back and forth about even trying this out. I did some more reading and some more video watching on here and said the heck wit it I'm going to find one. I didn't follow the exact steps to find a REA in the book but I felt more comfortable send an e-mail out to multiple branches around and I wrote a very transparent letter letting everyone know plain and simple I'm new but I'm willing to bust my ass for this. Now, I sent this out at 11 PM and not 20 minutes later I received an e-mail back from a REA who was very excited to meet with me. We met and she had all the qualities described in Dean's books to look for in a REA. I guess God was smiling on me this day.

This has taken me to an entirely different level of motivation!!!
