I have not done anything except read the 30 days real state cash book. I am moving to north California and have been waiting until I move to start. All this wait has gotten the wind out of my sails and I hope to regain my enthusiasm when I get there and see what can be done. Would like to partner with someone who could share the wins and share what works and what doesn't, be interested in each other's progress,learn and enjoy the ride.

I just arrived here in San Mateo, Ca, and am finding the prices outrageously high and in my immediate area, where I have been walking I see very few for sale signs. I called a couple of places and the prices were 850.000 and 1450.000 dollars. Going on line I have found houses for lower prices, but still, 500 and 600.000. Contacted a RE/MAX agent who is sending me some listings. I am living with my daughter and we are also looking for a place for us to live. Need some ideas, tips or any information to help me get started. thank you so much, Clea
