Help! I have been slammed and put down from family, friends, realtors,bankers and my own husband! I am 50 years old and tired of nursing, living from pay check to pay check. I have bad credit and now trying to work part time while starting with zero experience in real estate. I live in Tampa Florida and the market is filled with investors that are bidding so high on foreclosures that I can never win a bid. I am not sure if you just stumbled upon this site or if you took any seminars with Dean's group. If you did attend any seminars then i am sure you learned about different methods of finding deals.
i don't want to write a big spiel on things you may already know so if you would private message me and let me know where you are at in terms of Real estate education I can better help you or direct you to someone who can.

Believe it or not, with $30,000 in your pocket to invest you are in great shape!
BTW, Florida is still a great market to be in right now.

Hi Just stay focused on what you want to do and keep building, those who put you down arent qualified and dont have the knowledge to know how this all works and probly to lazy to even try to do this.The world is full of all kinds of people, pick your association carefully and have tough skin.I know this is easy to say but you must do it and it will work out for you.Find and investors club near you that will help wonders, sincerely, Jim

Get on the computer as well and search for properties out side your area you live in and other states, Jim
