would you recommend any websites that show forclosure properties without subscribing to a membership.
Wanted to drop in & say Hello, especially since your a believer in Christ just like me. I have been reading Dean's book & it will def motivate you more to do this FT. I'm still learning about how the Assignment Contract works. I did get to speak to a lender today whose willing to put out 250K on a property so I'm in the process of finding a good deal somewhere in my area. Stay in touch & let's partner up.
