To any investors that by some miracle happen to read my profile I'm in the NC area with so many great deals it's rediculous all I need is someone to say yes and I can almost gaurantee the money! EX: I watched a very very nice home That FMV'd for around 90k but due to forclosure it sold for about 38-40k this isn't a motovation testimony this this is the TRUTH. I watched it slip away because I was new and didn't have any buyers. and this was less than a month ago- actual date (05/16/2010) there are so many more like this which is the reason I'm sooooo ready to get started it's just ridiculous!
