By profession I have always been in engineering for my income and ministry as my vocation. I was Ordained in 2000 and I hold my Doctoriate in Pastorial Counseling. For me this has been both good and bad. As most of you...we help people everyday right where we are but my vision has been to be able to provide the income to allow myself and my wife to devote full time to helping others. Real Estate has been my dream. I finished my AS in Real Estate and Business Finance from UK in 1992 and I guess I have spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours studing and learning about real estate. This even including loss claims mitigation and short sales. But when the opportunity came to do real estate I have in the past gone back into engineering because of the security and money.
Not this time.
The time is now...the need in America has never been greater and the people who need help is growing more every day. In my area 50 to 60 "families" are losing their homes each week! Coupled with all the emotional, mental and marital problems that entails. I say... Thank you Dean for your blogs and for your encouragement. This past week my wife and I started "Hope" an outreach to our community that will supply the basic necessities of those in need. We also started Integrity Solutions, Inc. (our real estate investing corporation) to help people going into pre-foreclosure and in foreclosure. We are doing it step by step as you outlined in your books and courses...and watching in amazement as it all comes together!
God has aligned us with a "Buyers" Broker who has buyers (one exit strategy)and one of the best Real Estate Atorneys in Virginia (who represented banks in loss claims mitigation) who has agreed to partner with us. Our mission statement is to simply help 100 families before January 1, 2010. I will keep you posted and please keep us in your prayers. We moved into a short sale foreclosure home on the beach in Florida while we short sale it and three others from the same owners. The owners are such awesome people that after the short sale we are going into partnership with them and will be teaching them all that we know!

So our costs to live on the beach in Florida is 0 per month and we are shorting 2000000 in property! Yeah....I said 2, 000, 000.00 What an awesome life!

I believe that until we dare to dream and dare to believe in the "potential possiblities" that have been placed in each of us before our birth we can only obtain existance in this life. But when we dare to believe and just reach for the impossible...then and only then...we actually live and have our true being. Different people call it different things. Some call it karma, darma, Kingdom....I just call it His odained destiny. But it is us who chooses what we will and won't do. What did He create and place in you? Whatever you fear is the door through which you must normally go to fulfill your true full potential of possibilities that you were created to be and become.
