I am a new Wholesale Investor. I am also a licensed Realtor for over 15 years. Most of my career has been in Nursing. I retired from full time nursing 15 years ago, but have been working less than full time in the capacity of adjunct faculty at Schools of Nursing and functioning as a Nursing Supervisor in a hospital. I am now receiving one-on-one coaching by the sister orgnization (PMI), in Realestate Investing. I am trying very hard to develop my buyers list. I can find properties but need to establish a sound buyers list. I welcome the opportunity to partner with those who know and are working well in this exciting adventure.
