New to Real Estate investing. Currently a franchise owner/operator of a Handyman business for the past 40 months along with my husband Arthur. The business is a leaky boat. Dean was a speaker at an event we attended in Palm Desert in April and when he used that term leaky boat it was our AHA moment. We are very motivated to jump ship on that business as quickly as possible and are very excited to begin our new business as Real Estate Investors. Prior to the handyman business I was a financial planner for 13 years and a Realtor for 2 years. I believe all the experience from the past jobs will be beneficial going forward. It has been a long path, but we are confident that financial independance will soon be a reality.
