We are real estate investors in/ around Columbus, Ohio. Jack purchased Dean's books a couple of years ago and together with Jon and Tim, started their company DeLori Properties LLC. We currently use the Set For Life system and it is wonderful. We are learning more every day. We are doing several deals a month, using much of the info shared on this web sight and methods used by other investors. Thank you all for starting us on this profitable journey.

Multifamily Commercial Aprtment Building

We are in contract on a bank owned 13 unit commercial apartment building in Bellefontaine, Ohio. It was purchased in 2005 for 290,000.00. We are scheduled to close at the end of February... for 33,500.00. Yea. We are using the sfl system to try to wholesale it and make 30,000.00. Wish us luck on our 1st deal.
