Goal setting
I'm not sure where to go with starting out with my goal setting. We have a restaurant and catering business that keeps us very busy and I'm never sure if I can do the things I plan for each day because if someone calls out sick or anything else happens I have to go in and cover at the restaurant. I want to make realistic goals but am not sure how to do that right now. Any advice?
