I NEED HELP
I contacted a motivated seller. the propery need some work, but she is selling it for 50k. after talking with her, i wrote everything up on a "agreement to lease with option to purchase" is this the right contract? or should it have been done on a "purchase and sale agreement contract? and what is my next step? do i go to a title company or what? I want to fix property and rent it with the option to buy. I have been searching for response to my cry for help earlier, but i never found any. Am i doing the right thing on the right screen?
