Emko,
I just joined DG and live in the Warner Robins area. I am really excited about DG and from reading your posts, you seem to be doing very well in it. If you wouldn't mind I would love some of your insight or some things that I can do to either get ahead or maybe some of the pitfalls to watch out for. I just attended BOG this past weekend and have made an offer on a house, so I have really put myself out on that limb, because right now I could not personally afford it. However, it is successful people like you that have blazed that path that makes that jump not as scary.
