I'm Elza and I'm originally from Russia. I have a college degree as a piano teacher. Recently, the amount of students have been increasing. I used to have two to three students a month ago, and now I have 20. I also work part-time at Bank of America as a clerk. You're probably wondering why I decided to become a real estate investor. It just hit me when I read DG's book and I said to myself: "I can do this too, why not." So I'm a beginner in this field, and I'm eager to learn as much as possible. Hopefully, this will become my full-time career.

Piano teaching, reading books, yoga, walking, staying healthy. Learning about everything and anything.
