Hello DG Family, it always feels good to come & get a nice big breath of fresh air just by spending time with the regulars & get to know new people, and networking with the veterans here.

Here's what's new with me. I'm now accepting short sale residential properties from any state in the U.S.! If you been struggling to get a deal done or just starting out as an investor, your in the right place to start making money within weeks.

How about a vacant 4 plex sitting on 10 acres with a big metal building big enough for large farm tractors or farm equiptment (or could be a mechanic shop) and a small office. This is in Little Rock, AR. The auction is set for Oct 19th...would that even be enough time for a SS?

Do you buy REOs?

I have access to an REO property inventory of single family homes. Some need a little work. I also have two huge homes friends want to sell. Would that be worth your time? If not can you clue me in on how I can get started? I need to make something happen before October 1st because my unemployment will run out at that time. Unfortunately I'm only accepting short sales, no REO's at this time. If your friends home is in a pre-foreclosure stage than I can help them out, but if they just want to sell just to get out of their payments than perhaps you can try to find a retail buyer so you can make a profit on it.
