I have checked them out. I do believe I saw them mentioned from one of your other posts on the forum.

You're right, they have alot of good information on their site. I have already started to implement some of the things mentioned by them. Just from opening up to "My circle of influence" I have found two prospective private money sources. One a long time repeat customer of our, that knows what we are capable of doing professionally and the other a friend/associate that is looking for better returns.

I never would have had the nerve to mention our ventures had I not watched their videos and heard some of the ways they were networking.

Did you BUY their system or are you just going off the info from the site?

Thanks for you encouragement.

Private Money Blueprint

Hey Marcus,

Yeah, I post all the techniques and diferent study aids that I use, and that I know first hand works. I have passed this on to at least a dozen or more people at this site. I usually do it through PM since one of the loyal site participants a few months back reemed me out good for pushing products other than Deans. I was totally floored.

I'm glad you found the info useful thus far, and you're right there is plenty there to get started without purchasing the entire program. I used that presentation for 32 days and picked up that $65K during that time. When Dean's Edge Kit came out I thought about buying it, but I opted for this instead---and man It has made a big difference in my confidence. The Edge Kit would have only reinforced what I already know. What good is that if you can't get funded for all your deals.

I signed on 3 more deals today and by Thursday the'll be in the hopper and ready for rehab. I'm partnering with my property manager who also is my rehaber. It's a sweet set-up. I only used $15K of that $65K and I will put another $15K into rehab. I could never have done this 3 months ago---I had every deal financed. I feel like I can really call all the shots now, and I can move much faster on deals as well as get even more of a discount since I'm buying cash.

I have a friend here in Denver who have been teaching me how to do trust deed investments using private money. Today I got a call from my Dentist who wants to go ahead and invest $100K into a property. I convinced him that I can give him a 16% return on his money and it would be backed by a mortgage. He currently has that money in a CD at 3.75%. It was one of the best days in the 7 years I have been doing this and I owe it all to what I call free money---when you factor in tax deductions, the tax free equity I acquire with the property at a huge discount, the tax free private money, the cash-flow, and any future appreciation, it's free. In my opinnion the trust deed is the easiest way to attract private money because the investor can get involved in the process and they get a much bigger return. Another easy way is to get a line of credit from your bank or credit union. I'm currently working on a web site to attract trust deed investors. Unfortunately it will attract the SEC adjusters as well.

On the private money blueprint I got the 6 modules with all the scripts and a ton of bonuses. They have a great money back guarantee 100% within 30 days and you keep everything. Also, if you don't raise $100K with the program you get your money back. I got mine for 2 payments of $299, one up front and one after 30 days. It has already paid for its self. Compare to Dean's coaches which will cost you 7 grand, this is a steal. I really like Trevor and Patrick you get the unvarnished truth from them and their out in the trenches like we are. By the way you could probably get the entire program at e-bay for half price, you might check that out. Also feel free to pass that presentation on.

I really enjoy sharing this with you and I hope it will free your time up. I know it has mine. If you have any questions please let me know, and keep me posted on how it's working for you. Also I'll see if I can get some trust deed info to you.

Keep prospering, and we'll talk soon.

So.....do you believe that there is enough additional information to warranty purchase of the program?

Also....you mentioned that you have 65K. Is that just lined up / commitments or is that actual monies you have on hand now to be able to do these deals.

I AM VERY interested in your trust info. if you care to share.

I am seriously reconsidering my game plan after all the hurdles I have come up against with my rehab/flip deals. Being a contractor I thought this route would give me a leg up on the competition. But for the work involved in just the funding aspect, I am considering just doing wholesale deals for a while.

Yes, it sounds like we will have to be talking soon.

Take Care,

Marcus
