Im going to be 20.

I want to make my first deal by the end of September.

I bought deans book a year or two ago read it and never took action so i consider myself very new here lol. Now i just got back into REI and bought Profit from real estate right now. Ive have been doing research for weeks now,taking notes and driving around town.

Looking to gain all the knowledge about REI as possible.

Im greatful for all the helpful people on this site. Im looking to eventually be the person on the other side who gives the answers to questions that people new to REI have.
