I am very interested in seeing Indiana Joe and learning how to fix my REALLY BAD CREDIT!!!, this Thursday October 22nd. Dean I have had the great opportnity to speak with Maria who is trying to get me set up with the Success Academy Interview. I have been excited before getting and reading your book and even more so now that I have had the chance to start reading it. I am really excited to get started but because my credit is so bad, Maria thought it best I try to come up with some money to get enrolled in the Academy first. I don't dare try to start doing any deals with out knowing what the right type of forms that are needed and so on. These things I can get great guidance on from the coaches that come with the Success Academy. You have no idea how I want to start to find and close a deal before Christmas, so I could give a 10th of that profit to God who blessed me with the opportunity to see your infomercial. I strongly believe that God has given me this opportunity to make money through using Real Estate Investing as a vehichle not to just take care of my family but to utilize the funds made to get His ministry started and further His kingdom by winning souls for Christ.

Please if there is a way to safely start to make money without having money and without feeling nervous about paperwork, tell me!!! I look forward to this Thursday. In the mean time I am already getting started on designing flyers and a business card design to start my marketing here in New York City.

I feel lost because I have been involved since September of this year with Dean's great Real Estate opportunity and have done nothing with it. I don't have the funds to get involved in the Success Academy although Maria has been trying to help me get into the Academy but, I've failed there because each time I thought I would have the money to put in to just start me off, I have to use it for my family or a family member in need. And to now find out that because of my not having time to check my emails all November practically, I missed out on this GREAT!!! new idea of the " Students Pay It Forward Fund Scholarship" program. I am so happy for the winner and the runner ups. Truly I am. As a man of God I am always happy to see Him bless someone through the vessels He chooses to use. But I now sit here not knowing how I can get into the Academy seeing that I have no funds to do so. Can anyone tell me how I can perhaps start a deal or maybe even how to start something to maybe even get a finders fee, so I can take what I make to put a down payment on my tuition? I really want to do this and am willing to commit the time needed to be successful so I can help others as God has called me to do. I am doing it with the little I make but, it leaves me with nothing at the end. But thank God I know He has a blessing waiting for me. If any one has any ideas please let me know.

what state are you in? I was in the same boat as you are maybe worse! Right now it's really hard to get started by yourself, so the best thing you can do right now is find some investors clubs in your area and start networking with other real estate investors and exchange business cards. I finally joined a team here in California who are just doing short sales and we are expected to have a successful 2010! averaging about $30,000 a month by filling up our pipeline with nothing out of pocket. It's a good start that I am comfortable with.

Thank you so much for responding and reaching out to me. I am in New York. In Manhattan to be exact. I am scrapping together the money to pay for the shipping of my 250 business cards from Vista Print. Once I have the cards I will do exactly what you suggested. I actually heard Jeff Jensen mention that same thing on the Video Blog #54. Can I find out the Investors Clubs located in my area on Dean's web site in the REI/Clubs Tab? And also should I try to get my list of Buyers and Sellers together before or after I get to an Investors Club? Also do you think it to be a good idea for me to make up some flyers now as Dean suggested in his book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now"?

Any help or advice you have will be most appreciated.
