I recieved my PropTrend Software. I have a property I wanted to test. Not sure why in the property analasys box, the number in the shaded areas don't change when you put your purchase price & market value price in. I looked at the user manual but just having a hard time with it. If anyone can share their thoughts, I could be doing something wrong or maybe the numbers aren't suppose to change??? I called the number that someone gave me for tech support 888-251-1116 ex 3280 and goes right to voicemail and no one has called me back.
