I have 26 years experience in the grocery business as a mechanic/electrician I retired and started building houses mostly in the eastern high desert Yucca Valley & Twentynine Palms. When the market fell in 2007-8 I lost over a million dollars of housing inventory. Because of my age a regular job has not been an option. When I purchased Dean's book I knew it was what I wanted to do but I had no money and even though I knew you could do wholesale deal with none of your own money there were still expenses. That is why it has taken me a long time to really get started. I have many skills just not a lot of confidence. But I must push my way forward any way. So any help or advice would be appreciated.

My best interest is Real Estate, Construction and my grandson.

Would it be possible to get Bill's ( the realtor you had the conversation with on dvd #1 ) his contact information ? You see I live in Temecula California and that is near Riverside. I'm just starting out with your program and need a Realtor. If Bill can't take me on because of His commitments to other maybe he'd have suggestions as to others. I plan to start in Moreno Valley because I used to live there. Thank you in advance for any help there James

I've joined insider elite to force my self to move forward, I've presented an idea in my journal section that I hope some one will look at it is a good one I feel but I'm not sure how to make it work but don't confuse it as a short sale because it is not. I sent out 300 yellow legal pad letters to absentee owners, that live outside my state ( CA. ) and the majority of responses are upside down and are looking for way out of their pain. I think that if my idea could be done it would be a win win for a lot of people and a profit maker.
