I have just finished reading Dean's book and have vowed to take this to the next level. Like very other person am having a cold feet. Scared of taking a step but finally mad a call today about somebody I heard his house will be foreclosed on the 16th of November. He is willing to give me anything I needed to save his credit, not interested in getting any money back, just wants to walk away and I need advise on what to do to get a deal out of this one. Please I need everybody's help here.
