I am a new investor to the USA. I have done many new build deals in Canada. I am focusing on Fast cash (contract assignments, wholesaleing) bird dog and rehabs. I would entertain a buy/hold if it was the right deal. I resigned from New home sales in June of this year and am a DG lifer!

Interests: 
I love to fish recreationally and competitively. My favorite waste of time is shopping! My favorite way to spend my time is playing with my kids! My best friend is my wonderful husband Geoff.

Sorry for contacting you this way but, I had no alternative method of contacting you. I am concerned and wanted to contact you regarding your contractor. Mr Fields has been spending all the money you send for supplies on his personal needs. Just to give you an idea of what is going on he is buying his own items with your money and not working on your house. He currently owes 2 people over $800 for work they completed on the house (which he will not pay). Please, do not take my word for it and investigate yourself.. You are being taken advantage of and these people are embezzling money from you. Please, do not let him know how you found out.. As I live in the same town as Mr Fields and am aware that he can be a dangerous person (he's a convicted felon for theft). You can run a background check to see for yourself. His name is Gregory Philip Fields and I know he was born in 1975. Hope this email finds you well and again I am sorry this has been happened to you.
