Back in the day I use to manage my Parents Properties.
Prior to purchasing any of Dean's Products I acquired my own properties.
1 property I acquired I let a 90 some year old man live in it, and destroyed it. Needless to say due to the condition of the home, I could not get a Real Estate Agent to sell the home. I put the house out to Bid placing what I didn't know at the time "Bandit Signs." I placed and ran ads in our local newspapers, as well as an ad on craigslist. I firmly beleive I am the one who started homes going out to auction... After I ran these ads and bandit signs 2 weeks later my signs and the word Auction took off like wild fire. Needless to say I sold my house by myself using the Realtor's Forms, and all dis colosures. By the way I sold 2 weeks before the "Crash."
I am a part owner of a 16 unit apartment bldg, which is in the process of being sold. I hope.
