So far, I've read both of Dean's books and am super-charged up to get going but I haven't done that yet. I've found several FSBO's and would love to do something about them but haven't got everything in order yet. I still need an agent to work with and need a lot of help trying to get a couple of these properties under contract. Would love some help but can't come up with anything close to the cost for Dean's Academy... So that's my story for now...but I'm gonna make this happen, just need a little push I guess...
