Its really a great thing to remain active on the site. There are great people here with great advice to give and everyone wants to help!

As you already know I am new to this, but I do know that ever since I seen Dean on TV and ordered his book I cant get REI out of my head. Its right there in my brain all day. Everytime Im out, I look for houses. I tear to the classifieds in the local paper every morning followed by logging on to this very site.

I know you have to be excited about getting in on the action too! So simply start out reading around the site. Get comfortable with navigating it and dont hesitate to ask questions. We all want to hear from you and soon hear of your success!

Thank you. I'm still trying to get my buyers and sellers list started and get stuff moving. I'm thinking about doing some birddogging to start off. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good way to do this?
