The short version:
I'm an entrepreneur, greenpreneur, who enjoys writing books and plays, and living a vegetarian lifestyle. My children are grown, and I'm in the second half of my adventurous life. I worked many years for someone else, during which time I became interested in direct sales/network marketing, and real estate (several years working as an licensed agent, but now only as a real estate investor) and through both endeavors, find working for myself, the most rewarding for me. I believe we live in a boundless universe and we are only limited by our own thinking.

...For for the warm greeting! I've been delving into the books, trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can. I'd like to join the success academy right out of the gate, I've talked to one of the coaches, but I'll have to wait until I get a couple of deals closed to pay for it. There's a wealth of information in the books, though, and I'm hoping it will be enough to see me through the intial deals. I look forward to both the academy and the next edge event, and participating in, and learning from this community.

Hi Kim,

I know you don't know me but I live in fayetteville,Ga. and hve learned a lot through deans sight. I am taking action on a property here. I did the comps and am prepared to make an offer. My question is should I first do a verbal offer and then put it on a contract after the offer is accepted? or do only a written offer. also, I have buyers in place once I have it under contract.
