I have always had a desire to get involved in Real Estate Investing but it wasn't until I bought Dean's book in 2010 that I got seriously motivated to take action. My first deal was a small one that yield a profit of over $2000 in as little as 2 weeks. The best part was that it got done with the OPM strategies he talks about. I decided to partnered up with a friend who was a mortgage broker and who was willing to teach me what he knew about the business. I was very fortune and took full advantage to absorbed as much as I could from him and educate myself through Dean's books. I immediately put to work the knowledge I had acquire and saw results from day one. Over the years we have put together good deals and some bad ones but overall have learned to profit from all the experiences. I believe to be teachable, ambitious, and highly motivated to succeed in the this game we call life and will never give up until I have achieved all of my goals, dreams, and desires.
