Hello All,
I have a question. I was calling rental ads from newspaper classifieds to see if they were willing to sell and found a lady that told me she a house that she would sell for $25K. I looked on TotalView and it estimated the property at over $57,000. I want to lock it up and assign it. She said there are no renovations needed and it has tenants living in it already. I have two potential investors. This could possibly be my first deal. Can anyone tell me what to do next? It would help a lot. I am so nervous.
