When you catch the fire there is no putting it out! Watch out world here we come!!
Don't feel bad if it hasn't quite sparked a flame in you yet - but don't dump water on it and say it can't happen. Keep on fanning the flame with networking, reading and ACTION. If you can't say out loud and face to face "I'm a Real Estate Investor", then practice it in your closet until you can. You can't be it until you believe it and you can't fake believing it to yourself.
Jay, you are the man to follow now - and yet another thing to realize is each of our paths are unique - so don't try to be someone else - be you doing your version of this great thing!

dont know where the air is coming from but lately its feedin the fire !! keep doin what your doin cause i am running full speed ahead and taking advice on them shortcuts through the center of the forrest !!!everything i have been learning is starting to show up now....cant explain it !!

The air is from AZ. buddy. I know we are on fire also. We are talking to everyone about what we do with REI. We have a closing on the 26th. Then we are off to the next deal.

you got it joe !!!! sometimes i get in the ZONE and can say and do EVERYTHING right ......and some days i am not so good....but the key is to find in yourself WHAT MAKES ME BE IN THE ZONE and try to stay there ....
