Hi all,

My name is Mark and I am a property investor. My particular area I concentrate on is 3/4 bedroom 1/2 bathroom detached semi detached family homes. However, when there is a killer deal out there, I will go for it regardless of the characteristics of the property.

I enjoy working with all types of people that work in real estate, even the ones that consider themselves onlookers. Actually, these are the people that can supply you with those killer deals.

I particularly work around Arizona region for those killer deals, and find that there are enough deals out there for professional investors and emotional buyers alike. So, if you'd like to work with me, send me an email and we can take it from there.

Hi all,

my name is Mark and I am looking for a partner that would like to benefit from investing in Arizona. I already have a power team in Arizona and they are good to go. We are concentrating in particular areas in AZ where we can get killer deals.

I am looking for an investor that will put up the money for deals such as, buy and hold cash flow deals, possibly land contracts, and so on. I have all the killer deals, but need the hard cash to execute the deals. Naturally, we will go 50/50 on each deal. The system is in place, all we need now is the finance to sail the ship.

I am also looking for a bank and/or financial institution that does not require seasoning within Arizona or outside of AZ if the bank/FI will authorise the transaction. If anyone knows of such a financial institution, I would appreciate it.
