I just wanted to stop by your guest book and wish you good luck on your current potential deals. It sounds liek you guys are offto a great start. The key is never get discouraged and each day learn as much as you can. You may make some small mistakes along the way but learn from them. The larger the potential profit margin in a deal, the more margin for mistakes you don't calculate in the deal. You can do it! I look forward to reading about your future deals. Believe and Achieve!
