That entire presentation had so many layers of truth-in-action I'm again stunned at your gift of communication. First, whoever wrote that message so it could be so powerful when read in either direction, wow! And how it so effectively illustrated the need to stop and reverse some of my "dark" thoughts and reawaken the dream going forward. Wowza! I really don't have the words to explain what I just saw and experienced in this powerful example and then to top it off with Carol's letter. You are a very rich and gifted man Dean. And I'm not talking about money Thank you for sharing so many of your gifts and blessings.

Thanks for the message. Whoever wrote that deserves a lot of credit! Great message and presentation! I wondered where you were going with this one. Perspectives are a funny thing.... We get a hair in our food, we chew out the waiter. Whereas a starving child in a 3rd world nation would beg for that meal!

We see the negatives and miss the positives. We've listened to the wrong messengers for too long and need to reprogram our thinking. Get away from the status quo and do what it takes to take advantage of our opportunities.

Dean, I just received my check from PMI for completing 5 deals in one year. I cannot express enough how you inspired me to finally take action. I have done 7 deals, have 6 rental properties generating $2600 per month in cash flow and cant wait to be able to retire from my job and invest in RE fulltime.

Thank You Dean: My story is certainly been told at times in this site. After years of being primary Care Giver for my Dad (8years) and my Mom for 3, hand feeding both of them in their last 6 months up to their passing in 2009, I bought your book but couldn't start until after they passed and I got moved to Phoenix one year ago this past Thanksgiving Day. Now, one year later I have a partner and I'm working on Multi Family Properties and looking to "move them" to Hedge Funds & REITs because of you. I have "THREE (3) FIRST DEALS" being reviewed/looking to go into Escrow! It's been a slow year, a great learning curve... but I'm looking to go out with a bang! One or all Three could go into Escrow - even today! Go Figure! You, Carol, Matt and the many you brought to the air waves during your Rock Bottom Webinar this past summer, just flat continued to inspire me. So thanks a lot: I FELT I HAD TO POST THIS WORDS OF WISDOM On my Facebook Page. It was/is the least I can do. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! With one of these deals getting completed, I'll be able to afford the next "whatever" you offer; The Success Academy, The Edge, the Crusie (it's killing me that I'm missing this). I had stopped working in Real Estate for the past couple of months, and after hearing a sermon at my Church called, "Move" and not accepting mediocrity and going towards your dream and allowing God to use me according to his will, I knew that I had to continue forward in my dreams and goals. The letter you read just reinforce my committment today to go forward and not look back. Thank you so much for your weekly wisdoms.

Thanks for the clear distinction of how the mind can run in a negative spiral and how it can just as easily run in a positive spiral when consciously directed. A thought that is thought over and over becomes habit and ultimately, reality. A positive habit of thinking is just as easy as a negative one and probably easier because it feels better.

We have all the kids moved back to clarksville tn. and hang on and listen to this . My net worth is over 2.8 million. How can I ever repay you.
