I read and order your book about 10 years ago, and resently listening to your blog but haven't been able to take the plunge.
As I right this I feel my self trimbleing and scared. But I am desperate. Bad experience in the past. We just lost are mother a few months ago she left use her home my siblings want to sale it and I would love to purchase it. Just resently was let go at my job due to injury. So I have nothing is there any advice that you can offer me so that I might be able to keep the house.
It is a prime location and needs lots of repairs. Two houses on lot
