I noticed all your post regarding financing investment property, and what to see if you could give me some advice. I purchased properties in 2005 for $142,000 and finances them @ 95%. My financing include an 80% first mtg interest only, and a 15% 2nd mtg P&I. My first mtg are 5 year ARMs. I want to refi these properties, but there is not any equity. How do I get them refi for 20 yr amt at 6%?
