Hello my fellow D.G family!!

First off i would like to say that i am happy to be part of the D.G family. I am new to the (REI)world, and always have had a passion for real estate but never knew where to start. I am 21 years of age and thanks to Dean's wonderful site i am utilizing it everyday to build my knowledge on (REI), and putting together a strategy on how to become successful in this business. I also have Dean's book PFRERN and just found a copy of BAREM at a local bookstore, and Think A Little Different which was given to me as a gift. I havent finish the books just yet but i plan to really soon, and put everything ive learned to the test. I plan on joining the Success Academy if i need a mentor to help me close my first deal, but untill then i'll just continue to take it one step at a time learning and building knowledge which are the key factors if you want to succeed in this business, and failures not a option. One more thing i would like to thank you Dean for taking your time to put together so much information for us Newcomers to take and run with, you are truly blessed and I am excited to be part of the D.G Family.
