Taking a step

Today Im taking a step forward. Got the newpaper and started marking some house that are going up for auction. I was thinking of calling the lawyers that are representing the banks to see if I could lock up the property for a small period of time at a cheaper price in till I find a buyer. Then fear and uncertainty kicked in, but like they say. " NO GUTS, NO GLORY" Today is the day that I will take a step and plant a seed to my future... WISH ME LUCK

Sometimes we succeed and sometimes we fail, but the experience we gain is priceless. ( out of DG book, your town your real estate profits)

Buyers list

If you are going to wholesale make sure you have buyers first before you tie up a property

Buyers ist First!!

Mr. Monopoly is right!!! Make sure you have your buyers list in place first, otherwise you could get stuck with a property, and get yourself in trouble. Wishing you the best GOD BLESS, Mike..

Get a plan together and have an exit strategy 1st...

Plan your work...then work your plan! Don't be just making offers and HOPE you can unload it...
