You really are the real deal methinks. I'm reading one of your books and trying to get the courage up to try something. Don't give up on those of us who move a little slower than others, especially because we've never done anything like it before. Most of all, THANK YOU for doing all of this. You are not only changing lives, you are changing the economy. There was an article in the NYTimes very recently, some of which was not complimentary, about the record numbers of people investing in real estate and I immediately thought of you and all the good you do.
