Hello mrk7,

My name is Laticia and I live in one of the markets that were hit late in the housing fall. Recently in the area I reside there has been a new Haubor built that house some of the most famous restaurants and hotels, not to mention condo all on the water front. To name a few is Disney (just brought 21 acreas) largest lot sold thus far but more land for developement available.

In addition, I am aware of a search for investors in a very near future additional Haubor that has not even found all of the funding. Can you imagine the revenue from buying into the goverment building a new Haubor.

I am interested in Bird Dogging this information for both opportunities before it's too late. People come to our area from around the world.
